The current property manager, Ashley Thomason, is one of the property managers of 9894 Bissonnet since I signed my first lease in 2009. Ashley has the vision of an experienced and highly motivated property manager; the wisdom to articulate how best to achieve her vision; and the extraordinary energy, dedication and discipline to make her vision a reality. I have noted some of her accomplishments that make her stand out when compared to her predecessors. The lightening in the parking lots, garage, and inside the office building is greatly improved. The property manager Ashley Thomason has been amazing. Since becoming a tenant for Boxer Property, Ashley has honestly been the only manager to respond to emails and any issues with office and/or maintenance, all in a timely manner. She has been by far the best property manager we've had. Ashley has been tremendously great being available in her office during business hours, there is never a time I've went to her office and her door was locked or closed. Ashley's communication in resolving problems between tenants in the most professional way. We're very satisfied with Ashley's management and do not plan to go through any manager change now or in the future. Thank you for all you do for this property and the tenants and guests. Honestly it's quiet for the most part. The building manager, Ashley, has been the best building manager since we've been in the building. She has an open door for whenever you need to pop in at any time. Her response time whenever we email her is prompt, her communication in general is top notch, to be honest.
