We have been looking at office space for a few weeks now and I had so many other companies ignore my emails or voicemails. Not Erika she was on the ball and we made the decision the same day ! Erika has great customer service skills . Highly recommend.

My company loves Boxer Property! We have leased from Boxer for 3 years, we love our current location the best @ 2500 E. TC Jester. Ms. Jazzmine Hill is the greatest! She is extremely knowledgeable about the facilities. Her personality is stellar, extremely pleasant. Moving to our current office was a breeze with her support and expertise!

I have been at this property for less than a year. Jazzmine Hill the leasing representative has made my leasing experience awesome. She is very competent in her position. She is always smiling and has a great personality which makes it very easy to work with her. I think the building looks great and I enjoy the convenience of this location.

We are 6 months into our lease after an extensive build out to our specs. We are very happy with our office space and the building staff. Special recognition to Jet, the building Tech and Scott Talbert, the building manager. Both Jet and Scott are very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. A fellow manager in our office space recently recommended to a colleague from another company that he and his team should relocate to this building, when their lease is up this Fall, based on his experience here and the convenient location of the building to 610, 290, 10 and 59.

Renter beware - question your lease extensively. The rental amount for your office is listed for the first year, but subject to "CPI" increases each year after. Those increases are unknown amounts at the time you sign your lease. Boxer added over $400/month to our lease amount and stated it "wasn't up to their discretion since it's considered inflation in today's economy determined by the state of Texas." We are now paying an extra $400/month and stuck in our lease - this was not the original amount agreed to. It's an extra clause the property manager didn't even know about until we confronted them with the charges. Shame on Boxer for taking advantage of tenants like this. You can guarantee we won't be renting any further from this company.
