I'm 54 years old. I had a Total Hysterectomy 3 years ago. Of course this means instant menopause. As women at this age know, this changes many things. I decided to try Emsella for pelvic floor strengthening. I truly can say this has made a big difference for me. The results show a significant change in leakage, as well as decreasing sexual discomfort. I've now decided to do a second round of Emsella. My experience with the Emsella pelvic floor therapy was such a positive experience. After having children and then going into my 50's, I had begun to have some issues with incontinence due to weak pelvic floor muscles. As a nurse, I have observed many surgical treatments for this, and I was not looking forward to the prospect of surgery as this became worse. At 63 I noticed an increased urgency urinating. At night I would have to get up 2 to 4 times. I no longer have the need to do that and my overall urgency during the day is greatly diminished. I did 6 treatments in April and have been delighted with the results. I will do a follow up treatment every 4 month just to stay ahead.
