Bounce Nails & Eyelashes

This place is very clean and efficient! My nail tech Mia was so kind and professional! I showed her an inspo pic of what I wanted and she perfected the color & shape to the T. I’m not sure why some people had bad experience here but apart from all of that I have to honestly say that this place is amazinggggggg!!!!

NEVER go here unless you want your nails to be damaged. my nail beds are BURNING. i just got my nails done 4 days ago. a natural, I kept telling the woman that my nails are damaged please dont make the gel too thick. what did she do? make the gel so thick that im sure during the removal that I am demanding from them will result in damaged nail beds. I was a loyal costumer but i am disturbed by this place and the audacity of them to ruin my nail growth health and progress. I AM DISGUSTED. NEVER. GO. HERE. It took also google searching that is the reason the application and after of having these nails involved burning. In this photo u can also see 4 day old gel polish chipping. I’ve been going to this place for years and never complained. If I didn’t like how my nails or toes were done I normally fix it myself or just ignore However, I had my lashes done two days ago unfortunately it looked horrible so I went back to ask if they can remove it. The owner got upset immediately She said they are very busy and I should come back tomorrow. I explained to her that I cannot come back tomorrow. I have an appointment and I do not want to go looking like a clown. This is why I’m there to remove the eyelashes.. she had me go downstairs to ask the lady to remove eyelashes. The lady downstairs explained to me that she is busy and she will have to charge me $25 to remove it and if I don’t want to pay then I have to go back upstairs and have them remove it. I’m a former customer and I can attest that their work is great but that doesn’t make up for how rude they are. I went in this past Saturday to get my nails done after healing for 2 weeks from elbow surgery. I was really looking forward to a little pampering. Unfortunately instead they tried to convince me to get acrylics, insulted my short nails; all to be pushed off onto 3 manicurists and each of them quoted me a different price. After the 3rd person, I decided it wasn’t in the cards and I left. I won’t be returning.

My nails have been danmaged for a month now due to this place. dont go here ever. I ASKED FOR A BUILDER GEL manicure no acrylic. I AM SO MAD i have the worst rings of fire around my nails and they went from being long, to short brittle and broken. IM PISSED.
