Bonnie is nothing short of a miracle worker. Never having been to a massage therapist, I had no idea what to expect but was in so much pain from what I thought was sciatica I was willing to give it a try and I am so glad I did. I literally hobbled into Bonnie's office and she worked muscles and areas I never would have thought would impact the area of the pain I was experiencing. Bonnie took her time asking questions and explaining what she was doing and why. In addition to the massage/body work, she determined that the way I was sitting on the couch, every night, was contributing to my issue and what to do to improve how I sit. She provided me a list of the muscles she worked, and exercises she suggested, so I can share this with my PT as I continue my healing journey. I felt better last

Bonnie does great work. She is very knowledgeable of anatomy, and genuinely cares about my well being. She is thorough in her assessment of my individual treatment. Her massage techniques are healing, and she gave me exercises and stretches to work on at home.

I just had my first session with Bonnie, and I’m honestly blown away. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could! She has an incredible understanding of pressure points and deep tissue work. We discussed different areas that needed work and every movement she made felt intentional and deeply healing. I walked in with tension I didn’t even realize I was holding, and left feeling lighter and more mobile. I was having problems with my shoulders and chest before I started working with Bonnie. My chest felt tight, and I was experiencing shoulder and arm aches. Even after the first therapy session with her, I began to feel much better. My posture improved, and after the second session, my persistent arm aches were significantly reduced. She is both kind and professional. Bonnie explains the techniques she uses and tells you what she’s working on. She also gives great advice during therapy that you can incorporate into your daily life to feel better. I’d highly recommend her! She is a highly skilled professional, and I love working with her!

Bonnie has changed my life! I came in with trauma injuries to my hip pelvis and femur, multiple surgeries had left me with drop foot forcing me to use a cane to walk, and being the root cause of intense and constant nerve pain. Bonnie has worked through a lot of the scar tissue and into problem areas using her expertise with different massage techniques to get to th bottom of pain relief and get me through the rehabilitation process of improving my walking gait. Thanks to Bonnie and physical therapy I’m getting back to the activities I enjoy, I backcountry hiked a mountain this last week! Thanks Bonnie!
