Boss Beauty Supply

I have been in the business for years and never knew this place was here. Our shop has always gone, mostly, to the chain supply stores. First of all, Boss is far, far cheaper than other suppliers. Secondly, I no longer have the need for large orders and always just show up. Everyone there, including the owner whose office is right next to the door, is fun, friendly and extremely helpful. Customer service is laid back and exceptional. You can place a phone order. I do not know if they deliver. You'd have to check.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a cameo appt book from a retailer of theirs. It fell apart within 1 week, the owner said he could only replace it for 1/2 price with 14 dollar delivery fee basically what I paid for it. Will never purchase anything from them again!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Boss Beauty Supply. I have them quite an interesting scenario to work with, a tricky request for shipping to a remote location and they came through for me. My order was large, two big boxes, one containing a heat lamp and the other multiple small items. Everything I ordered arrived and was free from any defects. Jhoana was incredibly helpful and quickly responded through emails. I will order from them again and recommend others do the same.
