I got my nails done at Bora Bora and I’m absolutely in love with them! Super cute holiday nails!! The detail, precision, and artistry were amazing. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure every nail was perfect. Clean salon, great vibes, and stunning results. Highly recommend!! I’ll definitely be back!

My experience with this nail salon was not good at all. I wanted an off white color but they continued to give me white so I went with it. Lucy was nice though- she did talk to me. I will not visit this place ever again because of their rudeness towards me. The price was high for a basic manicure & petti -$61. At nails by Tracey it’s $40 for basic & they do amazing work . So “Nails by Tracey” is my place to go for stellar service. Bora Bora sucks

I got my nails done last Wed, left a big tip. My thumb started chipping after 6 days then yesterday & today three more nails (9 days in). I’ve been getting my nails dipped in many different salons in 4-5 cities for almost 10 years and have NEVER had more than one nail chip if any. Normally they just grow out intact. Usually I wouldn’t complain, but this is almost half my nails. I called the salon. They said too bad it’s been longer than a week. I shouldn’t have to spend $170 every 9 days to have acrylic dip stay on. Also the heated neck pads they put on you if you pay extra for the neck massage have a stinky odor that just sits there by your face

Since the pandemic, this business has taken a serious step backwards. They have always been a little over priced but the service used to be good. Now, the quality is terrible and service is worse. I’ve had my fingers cut twice with no apology. My daughter asked for French manicure with red tips and got not only an hombre but the sloppiest hombre ever. She asked them to fix it in the middle and the nail tech told her it looks good and kept going. I don’t know how you let a customer walk out the door with nails looking like that. They didn’t apologize and she tried to blame my kid. Terrible. She got them fixed at another place. This place is not worth the money, the hassle, and your time. Try Glam Nails on W Bough instead!!
