Booba Color Bar- Hair Salon

I’ve been going to Eva at Booba for two years and am so glad I found the salon. Her color work is amazing. They take time with you including a fantastic head massage during shampoo. They always offer coffee, tea and water which is very welcoming as well.

Fantastic salon with two great hair stylists. I was visiting my mother in NYC who had to get a shoulder surgery. After about a week and a half of recovering, she wanted to get out the house and pamper herself. She stopped for a simple hair wash as she was still in a sling. The staff did an amazing job getting her comfortable for her service and my mother was incredibly pleased with the experience all around. The atmosphere is great. It is a small storefront but they make great use of their space. It was extremely clean and well organized. I ended up going for a haircut during my stay. I received an amazing shampoo and scalp massage. The stylist did a great job listening to what I wanted done with my hair. I have long Asian hair so I am a bit particular who does my hair but I was thrilled

My new go-to salon, such an amazing experience through and through! I submitted a booking request in the morning and heard back from Eva in just a few hours that she could see me that day, I was so grateful! Eva really listened to me and was able to do exactly what I wanted to my hair. Best scalp massage/wash I’ve ever had at a hair salon! I’ve gotten my hair done only a few times in New York City and this was by the far the best experience I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Eva is such a gem. She’s incredibly sweet and really takes her time to make sure you’re happy with your hair, whether it’s a cut or color. I always feel like I’m in good hands with her. The salon itself is small and cozy, and every time I walk in, I’m greeted with an offer for coffee, tea, or water—it’s such a nice touch and makes the whole experience feel even more personal. I highly recommend Eva to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares.

I took my teen daughter for her first color treatment / balayage and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Eva took the time to listen to what my daughter wanted and answered all of our questions. She is a true artist and professional. We are absolutely happy with the results of the balayage and haircut. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
