I really wanted to love this place and here is why I will not be going back. First off, my hair appointment was at 3pm. I got there at 2:45pm and wasn't on the chair until 4:15pm. Secondly, I got to know the hairstylist and told him that I DID NOT want to be or have blonde hair. I was tramatized from my LAST appointment at another place so I didn't want that to happen again. Thirdly, I was charged for Balayage when instead I received highlights. So lets begin, I didn't care that my hairstylist was an hour and 15 minutes behind, I didn't care that I got there at 2:45 and left at 10pm. What bothered me was I left the salon unsatisfied and paid $800.00 on this hair I truly HATED! My hair was YELLOW not even a pretty blonde. I spoke to the owner and told her my concerns, she offered me $200.00

After a terrible experience at another salon the day before, a friend recommended this place and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I walked up to the salon, I knew I had found my new go-to spot. The space is absolutely stunning, with every detail carefully thought out. You can tell a lot of love and intention went into creating the elegant atmosphere, and it made me feel confident that the stylists would be just as thoughtfully chosen. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and offered water, tea, hot chocolate, or coffee. While I sat taking in the beautiful ambiance, Kevin came over to greet me. I jokingly asked him to "save me," and that’s exactly what he did. Kevin is more than a hairstylist he's a true artist. My waist-length hair became his canvas, and he brought my vision

Kristina is so amazing!!! She understands exactly what I want every single time and somehow makes my hair look even better than I imagined🥺 She’s so gentle, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about getting the perfect result. My color always comes out flawless, bright, and super healthy-looking. The whole experience with her is relaxing and fun, and I always leave feeling so confident. If you’re looking for someone who really knows color and treats your hair like art, Kristina is the one! 💕

Bond8 is a beautiful & clean salon with such friendly staff. I have been seeing Kristina, a master colorist, for the past year and she is wonderful. She gets my color perfect every time, always does a great style/blowout, and makes me feel like my best self. Not only is she great at her craft, she’s such an amazing person to talk to, very inviting, friendly and warm. I highly recommend Kristina!
