Great experience! Dina is very professional color specialist, passionate and really cares about result, which I loved. Ayhan was my hairstylist- I totally trusted him and he didn't disappoint. He listens and as talanted artist trying to find the best style, considering your hair and your requests. These folks really like and know what they're doing. I really enjoy the result and now I have one more reason to come to NYC! Thank you!

I used to go to BonBon for years, my whole family did. But unfortunately today my stylist accidentally spilled some bleach on my shirt. When I brought this up to the owners, thinking they would be understanding, I got the rudest tone. “We are not responsible for personal items, that’s our policy” which actually in fact, that “policy” is no where on their website. Neil (co owner) then continued to say that it was my fault. That it is the customers responsibility to make sure the smock is on correct. Then when I sent over photos of the ruined shirt he followed up with photos of my finished hair and the top of my shirt (stain is located at the bottom…) saying “The color looks wonderful and your shirt looks great there is no stain. I had the best experience with Ayhan Bekdemir yesterday! Not only did he LISTEN to what I wanted, but he was also so kind and happy to accommodate me throughout the whole process. He’s incredibly professional and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. I originally just went in for a single process, but after seeing how carefully and professionally he applied the product to my roots, I got a haircut, too! Honestly, I’ve been to many hairdressers over the years, and it’s rare to be this impressed. I’m super happy with the results and would recommend him without hesitation! Ayhan was not only professional, but his kind character made me feel comforted, and to boot my hair color came out superb and exactly what I wanted.

We love BonBon. My husband, my 4 year old, and my 1 year old have been getting their hair cut there since we moved to town 4 years ago. The owner Neil does an amazing job every time (even when my toddler was screaming and thrashing). They are consistently very good and everyone walks out looking great.

Exceptional customer service with a wonderful staff. Alexa has been cutting my hair for two years and I will never use anyone else. She is accommodating, skillful and will always make you laugh. I highly recommend you book an appointment with her.
