Bona Nail

I got my nail extensions and gel nail paint done by Happy. She did a great job at it. The staff was welcoming, they gave a warm towel which was refreshing, the services was done with precision.

Funny thing. I called another Bona nails and made a last minute appointment and walked into this one by mistake (unknowingly) they took me right away even though they said they couldn’t find my appointment (bc I called the another location). My nail tech who’s Venmo name (forgot her name so going based off Venmo) is Hua was great. Took her time removing filing and painting. The atmosphere of the salon was chill yet fun. Some people go there often so there was chit chat amongst us and honestly overall a good experience for me. My nails look great! Clean establishment.

close salon to me and has great options for nail colors but the staff is pushy on paying with cash and also the nail polish didn’t last long. attached photos but within an hour of getting a regular mani they had chipped. I went back that night to get them fixed and by the next day the nails had chipped again.

The person filed down my nail so much that it started hurting until they put the polish on. The uv didn’t hurt like at other places so I thought it was fine at first. Two days later I was putting my clothes on and my middle finger that was filed down the most, the nail polish chipped badly and tore more throughout the day.

Wth is going on??? This is the worst experience I ever have! The extension size, shapes and even color are incorrect. I’m not being picky on details and skills but the most basic part of nail polish🙄 The manager is definitely not helpful (I was telling her which part of my nails got wrong and she wasn’t listening and just kept talking my hands photos without my permission) and the nail salon designer also hard to communicate. I’ll never come again and please everyone, DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE.
