Boly Barber Shop

I’ve been bringing my sons here for over a year and we always appreciated the convenience and service. Unfortunately, things have changed recently. Now you’re required to book with a specific barber, and if you’re even five minutes late, they complain and won’t take you. I can understand the importance of being on time, but it feels unreasonable considering a haircut slot is around 30–35 minutes. On top of that, one of my sons’ haircuts was not done well, which was disappointing after being loyal customers for so long. At this point, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere, as I’ve found better barbers who value both quality and customer service.

I’ve been seeing a couple negative reviews on which I don’t understand if you see how the shop is you should know each barber have their individual clients and the boss him self I’ve been going to him for 10 years before he open his own shop you have to respect the fact that this is a business and people form relationships with their barbers so when they say they have appointments is cause on each individual chair if you look on the mirror there is a number so if you like they work and respect there business he can be your barber and you can personally text call them in advance or same day and they can tell you there availability like I said boly has been my barber for 10 plus years and his work is immaculate and if you feel or see something wrong with his work you can tell him and he wil

I’ve been a regular customer here for years now and they still have the audacity to tell me that even when there’s quite literally nobody in their shop that they’re waiting for “appointments”, as another reviewer mentioned there’s no way to make an appointment unless it’s with an individual barber, and since when is that practical? When you ask any of them when they’ll be free they can’t give you a time so you’re either kept waiting or have to come back at whatever random time you can and hope they’ll seat you down, even if it’s out of frustration. Terrible service all around and they’ll pretend as if they don’t understand a word you’re saying when you’re talking at them. Absolutely ridiculous they’ve managed to stay in business for as long as they have.

Went 10mins before they opened , was the second person in the store. Only one barber was there but he waited for a "reservation" . Confused on how the customer did that since the business doesn't have a website. Waited about 15mins and left. Go somewhere else, plenty of other barbershops literally walking distance

I took my grandson there because his mother cut his hair and it was uneven, the hairline was messed up and his sideburns were shaved off.and the back looked really bad. Jamon to the task on and he hooked my grandson up. When he finished, my grandson looked picture perfect. Picture day is Tuesday, and he looks so handsome.
