Bolt Barbers

Been going to Bolt since I moved to DTLA in 2019. Daniel Tanner is my guy. Gets me in and out quickly and always does a great job. He is also the only barber that has ever been able to calm my 6 year old son on the chair and give him a great cut too. Daniel is also incredibly hard working and always available. Two big thumbs up from me.

Favorite. I’ve visited Bolt a few times since last year and I’m always happy with the cut and service. Daniel is the man! He plays the best music and he always gets the fade right 🙌 I’ll be around again soon!

We love Daniel. He’s been cutting and coloring my hair for years. I always receive compliments on my hair when I see him. He’s worth the drive for us.

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon, and I was greeted promptly. I had to wait while one of the barbers wrapped up with the person in his chair. Then he invited me to sit in his chair. Then we chatted about the photos I had brought in to guide the style for the shaved sides of my hair. He took the assignment very seriously and sketched out some options using a white eyeliner pencil so I could see what he was planning before we committed to it. He nailed it and only charged me $30. I was in and out within 30 minutes. It was an excellent experience and I'll be back. Do note, they only accept cash and debit cards - no credit.

I was in a pinch when another barbershop canceled on me the morning of my engagement photo shoot. I called Bolt Barbers and got immediately scheduled by Nick, who also gave me a slick cut. Much appreciation for the reliability and personable attitude. Get your cut with Nick!
