Complete and utter joke to put it simply and plainly. Orders take weeks to fulfill even if in "stock." The MIA location is horrific, attitudes from warehouse staff to drivers, missing parts, no one knows their head from their behind...reps dont answer emails, calls, there is no real human support. If these people sell and make aircraft, I really do worry about the future of our industry and would be concerned flying on their planes if getting parts you pay for is an experience like this to begin with. How hard is it to box a part and quote honestly? How hard is it to give basic service? The culture of the company now is just awful. Zero customer support. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Hands-down, the worst experience I’ve had with any vendor in 5+ years. A simple stock order takes 2+ weeks to pull. I was told it would be ready multiple times, and rerouted my delivery driver each time, even brought in extra help to turn this order around, since it was already late. Nobody answers emails or phone calls or seems to have any idea what’s going on with my order. I explained my customer is in a line down situation and they don’t even care or respond. To make it worse - the lines that I did receive, some are nonconforming because they did not come with certs which was requested and required. Boeing Distribution Services is one of the most difficult distributors to buy from. Someone else said if they could give this company zero stars, they would, and I felt that. Even a 1 star review would be overly generous at this point. If they have ANY issues whatsoever with an order, they do not communicate that to you. If you have any questions or issues with them, you cannot communicate with them as no one will ever respond to any customer service or sales emails we have been provided in the past. If they would just answer a phone or return an email response they would probably be at least a 4-5 start company. If I could , i would give 0 Points. I don´t feel anyone at BD is interested to support the customer . one of the biggest joke companies in the industry , service at it´s worst !

I have been Doing business with Boeing for years. It's been a hit or miss. For a while it kind of worked out. Past few months they were shipping items one by one. But the past month they are not even shipping my parts The past week I got the run around and now no one will even answer me. I give them 0 stars. Most unprofessional service I have ever had.
