I’ve been getting massages from Sonia for years and every one is a delight. If I go in with some pain, her deep knowledge and skills always help and often resolve the problem quickly. Plus, she’s a wonderful person! By the way, she also has a location on the East side of town. My highest recommendation.
Extremely personable. I go in for a medical massage for my migraines and my migraines have definitely reduced in pain thanks to her massages and tips in showing me what stretches I can be doing, and how I can take care of myself. Honestly surprised she doesn't have more 5 star reviews!
Made a big difference in the mobility of my joints including my gait and flexibility. Myofascial treatments should be a part of any body's routine.
Best I have ever had. I recommend her to everyone including physicians and nurses.
