I wanted to start by saying that Stefani did a great job with my highlights—she truly understood what I was looking for and delivered expected results. I have no complaints about the color work or her skill. My concern is regarding the billing. I was charged for 5 hours of Stefani’s time, plus an additional $15 for a bang trim and an extra amount for color product usage (Stefani was done 30 min earlier). While I understand that additional color product may incur a charge, I was informed in advance that extra dye would be needed but wasn't informed that it would result in an added fee. The bang trim itself took only a few minutes, did not include cleanup of stray hairs (I had to do this myself in the restroom), and there was no styled blowout with volume.
