I had incredibly tense muscles from years of stress & weight training , so I was looking for someone that could perform a firm massage as well as someone with a background in sports therapy. I was not disappointed at all; I immediately booked a second appointment after my first session. It was the best I have felt in over 10 years. One of the things I appreciated about Greg was that he recommended a few different exercises to help strengthen a couple of my problem areas. He also has a very calm, laid-back personality that helps you feel relaxed as soon as you meet him. I completely recommend Greg if you're looking for a massage.

After dealing with many sports injuries over the years and including sciatica issues I heard about Bodywork by Greg. I set an appointment with Greg hoping for some relief. After his professional systematic approach I was sold! I have had many massages over the years but none have even come close to the work that Greg provides. I wish that all of the other massage therapist’s in the area could have Greg work on them so they could experience how a massage should be done properly. Absolutely the best! Greg is a professional, knowledgeable, and gifted massage therapist. I am an ultra trail runner which means my muscles and ligaments need special care to stay relaxed, flexible, and strong. He is always able to find the root cause of musculoskeletal problems and resolve them with just the right amount of deep tissue pressure and trigger point therapy ~ for me that's extra firm which is difficult to find.
