Bodywork Balance

I was lucky enough to be able to have a bodywork treatment with Robbie after an acute abdominal issue while traveling. The treatment, Robbie's manner along with his knowledge and gentleness of touch, and the ambiance of the room all contributed to making this an exceptionally positive experience--along with the very successful treatment results. I am not a novice to a variety of bodywork techniques and have met many therapists I have been very satisfied with, but would highly recommend Robert Head in comparison to them all--am only sorry that I Sweden is too far for regular contact!

Robert is a bodywork wizard! I came to Robert with intense back pain due to scoliosis and over the course of a few pilates sessions with Robert my pain subsided and I learned exercises that were specifically tailored to my curvature to lengthen and strengthen it. He has taught me to be in tune with my spine, my breath, and my body in a way that no other practitioner has managed to do. He is intuitive, incredibly creative, calm, gentle, and patient. Working with Robert has helped me immensely and has encouraged me to slow down and listen to what my body needs. I cannot recommend him enough.

Robert is one of the best Craniosacral and Somato Emotional Release practitioners I've ever worked with. I am a craniosacral therapist myself and Robert is who I go to when I'm in a pinch, both physically and emotionally. He has skillfully helped me through some very tricky situations and been a guiding force in moving some very tough traumas out of my body. His space is so clean and beautiful, I simply feel at peace just being there. Highly recommend!

I had a couple of craniosacral treatments from Robert Head. I suffered from dizziness, neck and back pain for several months. My symptoms disappeared. I also did Pilates with him and got suggestions for exercises to enhance the craniosacral work. I was very impressed by Roberts expert knowledge of neuroanatomy and his kind, empathic, nonjudgmental, attentive professional presence. His hands felt wonderful and healing and knew instantly where to go and make a connection. My body felt more alive and energized after each session.
