Body & Soul is an incredible Miami experience that feels intimate and family run. Class act spa. My mom has been going here for years. The owner Mayde is the most gracious, serving cafecitos while you’re getting your nails done. I love feeling immersed in the heart of Miami culture in the most compassionate way. I went on a Wednesday morning, without an appointment, got my hair cut and a manicure. Both the hairstylist and manicure were nice and did a great job, it’s my second time after maybe 3 years, but I’ll definitely come back. Also the price is good, although I think they need to update on their website.
