I highly recommend Janice and her skilled application of both cupping and gua sha, which resolved both stubborn shoulder and persistent foot pain for me. Her knowledge base and experience is solid, making her services highly effective. Her use of lesser-known techniques like gua sha and different methods of cupping make her extremely effective.

Janice gives a great massage. She has a nice, firm pressure and is passionate about helping people. She's a wealth of knowledge of supplements and natural ways to heal the body. She does many different variations of cupping. I often get gua sha on my neck and shoulders for my chronic tension headaches. I've also had reflexology with her and enjoy her knowledge and technique.

I had a massage session with Janice and she really listened to my concerns and focused in on specific areas using cupping to relieve tight muscles. She’s a wealth of knowledge and added special touches to her massage. I’ll be going back.
