Stumbled upon this place after finding it on Instagram and decided to try their entry offer for $40. Came to NYC for the weekend and this thing was awesome! I had a ton of aches and pains from walking all over the city and sleeping on a hotel mattress. After just a 45-minute session, I felt like a new person and all my aches and pains went away. It was incredible! If I lived near this studio, I'd definitely go at least once a month. It's that good. If you're into biohacking and recovery, give this a shot. Seriously, it's worth it. Pros: - Fixed my aches and pains quick - Great for recovery - Cool find for biohacking enthusiasts - Decent price for first-timers Cons: - Wish I could go more often!

I love Body Roll! Piret is amazing and the roller machines are so great!!! It's only $40 for your first roll. I can't recommend it enough. It's like a deep tissue massage but you can adjust how much pressure you want on each part of your body. It assists lymphatic drainage and you feel so refreshed after. There's also a private infared sauna that's really nice after a workout or yoga class. ❤️
