Omg! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. Erica took the time to really listen to my concerns and tailor the session to my specific needs (&& boy am I thankful for it)!! The pressure was perfect..firm enough to work out deep tensions, yet still incredibly relaxing. I left feeling noticeably lighter, looser, and pain-free, with improved mobility that I could feel immediately. It wasn’t just a massage… it was more like a true therapeutic bodywork. You can tell she genuinely cares about healing, not just going through the motions!! If you’re dealing with stress, muscle pain, or just need a reset for your body and mind (hellooo we’re still dealing with the remnants of the ice storm!), I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll absolutely be back soon!!

We arrived in Nashville from London UK and booked in with Erica for a fabulously relaxing jet lag massage and reflexology treatment. Erica is a talented therapist with a calm and knowledgeable approach to her treatments. We floated out and slept soundly that night. Wonderful!

Not only does she know exactly where to put more or less pressure, she creates the most serene and relaxing environment. Since my first appointment I have not gone anywhere else to receive a massage.
