I really loved this massage I really could tell the difference the next day on my walk I walked a HUGE hill that I HAVE NOT been able to do I done it with such ease due to the muscle work of that massage it is truly wellness. You can feel the passion she has to help make you well and very knowledgeable about what's going on with your body so much so she gives exercises to do at home to help you on your journey to better movement and wellness. Thank you for that.she definitely has the skill to pay the bill and that's an under statement.

My first massage experience with Charlene was a sports massage and I am beyond impressed! Charlene was knowledgeable, considerate. When I expressed some anxieties about what I was asking for, she firmly put me in my place — being in charge of the experience I had! Charlene *listened* to my concerns regarding my body mechanics, explained her thoughts on what was going on in language I could understand, and she even noticed some things that I hadn’t even given a second thought to. During the massage experience, Charlene gave each area the same attention at a base-level, but she also gave individual attention to the specific issues I expressed, or that she noticed herself during assessment. Charlene is such a wonderful massage therapist and the room was so relaxing. She is very known her craft and literally does what your body needs. I have found my new massage therapist after living here for 4 years. Can’t wait for my next massage!
