I started seeing Darlene about 6-7 years ago when I started college. I had muscle imbalances in my neck, chest and shoulders, which caused me to suffer from some horrible headaches and migrains. In desperation I called to make an appointment. She got me in right away and was very kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable and was able to reduce the tension on my neck and shoulders, eliminating my headaches. I became a loyal customer that day and have continued to see her every month since then. She has always been kind and professional, and I always leave feeling relaxed, pain free, and looking forward to my next appointment. She is amazing and I recommend her to everyone I know.

I have received massage therapy every two weeks from Darlene for nearly nine years. When we finish my hour-and-a-half session, I feel like my muscles are relaxed, more pliable and have more stretch than before. All my tension and stress is left behind on the floor under the massage table. Afterwards, I take a moment to rest, to let things settle, and as recommended, I drink lots of water to wash the released toxins from the blood stream, which will actually decrease residual pain. I've thought long and hard about how to review Darlene, the owner and massage therapist. I saw Darlene multiple times for 90 minute massages, on the second to last massage she was yawning throughout the massage. The final massage I got no therapeutic effects from the massage, actually my shoulder popped out of socket and that's never happened before. My chiropractor had to put it back in place. Any therapeutic benefits were lost because Darlene decided to share her conservative views, without my prompting, on many controversial topics and made me highly uncomfortable. She brought up (among other things) the LGBTQ+ community and spoke with very homophobic rhetoric. She brought up abortion & contraception and said about adoption, because of abortion, "you can't even get a white baby anymore

I received a 2hr full body massage today and I feel so much better. Darlene is amazing and it definitely shows her 21yrs of technique. Anyone who is stressed out and needs to relax....call Darlene. 😊

I had hot rocks this time, so I guess you can say I got "stoned". LOL. Very relaxing. Darlene is wonderful!
