Lisa Spangler always does a great job on my hair. I have been coming to the salon for about four years and always pleased with my hair color, extensions and lashes!

Can’t remember her name but the ‘lash tech’ you set me up with said “you’re just not a good fit for lash extensions.” I know that actually means, “I’m too proud to admit that I’m not good at installing lash extensions. It’s my fault that you always need a full set when it’s time for a fill. I should do better.” And yes I did wait a long time to say something, I don’t care. Better late than never. And I did say I wanted another appointment, and she said I never did. I sent a message that had two sentences and she only replied to one of them. Again, that’s her fault, not mine. I did my job of communicating, she didn’t do her job of listening. I always wonder if she was doing a bad job on purpose to scam me out of more money, or if she was actually just bad at her job. You are so right! Let me correct myself. The "only" esthetician they have is unable to perform simple tasks such as showing up on time, charging people the correct amount, creating a relaxing environment, and handling criticism. Furthermore they are the owners daughter. Makes sense how they got the job. Rachael was late on the very first appointment, overcharged me, and overall did not create a relaxing environment due to their heavy breathing and bad breath during the appointment. For anyone reading the services they provide, as well as time frames, please take into account that it takes them 55 minutes of set up and clean up. The 1 hour and 30 minutes, plus 20 minutes of acupressure is not the time that you are paying for. You will only receive 53 minutes of that. Thinking Rachael migh

I had a fantastic experience at La ti da salon when they pierced my daughter's ears. They did an excellent job, showing great patience and understanding when she became nervous upon seeing the piercing gun. I was impressed with their professionalism as they pierced both ears simultaneously, making the process efficient and less stressful for my daughter. I had two people fit me in their schedules to give me an amazing new hairstyle. Andrew did great listening to what cut I wanted and nailed it. Katie then worked her magic and lightened my color after my box dye mistakes. I still can not believe how amazing my hair looks. I will definitely be returning.
