Body Focus and Massage

Tina was fantastic! I came in for a 60 minute session with the goal of general relaxation & calmness and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Tina really takes the time to make sure she understands your goals and your body. Everything felt amazing and I left the session feeling like all the tension in my body had disolved. I slept like a baby that night! I absolutely plan to go back.

Tina is wonderful!! She was extremely professional—she was happy to accommodate any of my preferences for pressure or areas to focus on or stay away from, but if I didn’t have any specific preference, she was ready to fill the gap. I came to her hoping to relieve some tightness in my back and hips, and she gave me just what I needed. My back already feels looser :) I’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a quality massage to relax or relieve some aches and pains, look no further!

I’m so glad I found Tina! I’ve been on the search for someone close by, and she’s truly amazing. The room is very clean and relaxing, and she truly pays attention to the problem areas while still allowing you to fully relax and enjoy. My favorite thing about her work is that her touch feels so intuitive, she really listens to your body, and her movements are perfectly in sync with what you need. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants you to feel better, releasing pain and tension with such care. I was so impressed that she addressed all my areas of concern in just one session. Tina was fantastic! I usually get a massage once a month and have been on the hunt for someone in the Chapel Hill area and she is perfect! She has reasonable prices and is in a great, central location with a very nice clean office. She made me feel comfortable to voice any questions or concerns and is skilled in her massage techniques. I will definitely be returning!
