I have been receiving reiki sessions at the end of my massages with Liz Buuck the past few visits. I wasn't sure exactly what it would be like, but I was open and eager to give it a try! Liz spoke with such a calming voice and tone as she guided me through meditation and breathing. She helped to ground my thoughts and my body's energy. The sound bath was incredible! As a musician, I am a pretty sensitive person - especially sensory/auditory - and so this was perfect for me! Afterwards, I was so relaxed and soothed. I do my sessions on Friday so that I can have the weekend to reflect and feel the lasting effects. I usually experience an emotional release the day after, which is much needed and appreciated!

My wife stopped in to this yoga studio to check it out. She told me it was very calming and seemed very restful. She was not there to sign up but to check it out. My wife is from Jamaica and has year to find a place that has black women that goes to this type of establishment. She will continue looking for such a place kick she wants to spend her time and money.

Had my first Assisted Stretch session with Liz Buuck. The room was inviting and relaxing. From the quiet sound of ocean waves, the dim lighting, and the comfy table, Liz quided be through each stretch, making sure my breathing was synced with the stretch holds. As the session came to an end, I felt calm, and relaxed. I plan to schedule regular sessions with her. Thx Liz Buuck

Happy to say I’ve had the privilege of having therapeutic massages with Tracy, Nadia, Callie, Rachel, Gabriel and Liz. Every single massage has been an exquisite pain and tension relief. They are all very skilled, thorough, and great at listening to what you want and what your body needs. I recently explored being introduced to their Reiki Therapy services and it’s been an absolutely phenomenal blessing every time! Tracy is so gentle and patient.
