Body Benefits Day Spa

I've been looking for a great massage for quite a while and finally found it! I am an athlete with a day job and have been getting massive headaches end of the week from training and them sitting at the desk all day. This is the 3rd time that Mark worked on me and I feel absolutely incredible. He is knowledgeable, consistent with his technique and I feel incredible after. 10/10 recommended.

Excellent massages. But you need to know who to ask for to get a really deep deep tissue. Caitlin is amazing! And my wife has been happy with anyone she has had for a less intense swedish style massage.

I am so glad I came to Body Benefits to get pampered before my wedding day. The space immediately relaxes you, with low lighting and luxurious settings. Fiona took great care in scheduling me, and also provided the waxing services. She was swift and very thorough. Jackie gave me a gel mani/pedi. She advised me on the perfect blush pink, even customizing a mix of two colors to give some great dimension. Jackie took great care and I love my nails! The pictures don't do her work justice!! I received a gift certificate for Mother's Day so I was excited to get a facial and Body Benefits did not disappoint. The receptionist was patient and informative when I called to schedule and she promptly greeted me when I entered. Fiona performed my facial. She identified my problem areas and worked diligently to address them using a variety of high end products. She was relentless with extraction but rewarded me with a heavenly shoulder massage. She massaged my feet, arms and hands while waiting for a mask to set. The only con of this whole amazing experience is that the pricing is undefined. The service menu is basically useless. The esthetician will provide what is appropriate and when you check out you will get total based on your treatment. In my case it was $225. I'm not saying it

Kelly is a fantastic masseuse. Very personable, professional and skilled. Highly recfomend!
