Body Balance Massage & Skincare Spa

I’ve been coming to Body Balance Massage in Hoboken for a couple of years now, and it’s consistently an excellent experience. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing from the moment you walk in, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful—they make scheduling and rescheduling appointments incredibly easy. I’m a long-time client of Jennifer, who is a truly fantastic massage therapist. She always listens carefully to whatever issues I’m dealing with and tailors each session to address them. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed, loosened up, and genuinely better. Highly recommend Body Balance, and especially Jennifer, for anyone looking for professional, restorative massage therapy.

I’ve been going here for a few years and am always impressed with the quality of my massages. I’ve had several different massage therapists and was never disappointed coming here. Most recently I’ve had a 60 minute massage by Jen and they were great! She listened to my concerns and areas to work on and I left feeling so much better than I arrived. Body Balance is a great place with friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and knowledgeable therapists. Highly recommend!

Jenn is an amazing therapist, she is the best in the industry. I saw her previously at Hudson Sport & Spine and let me tell you…she kept all of the patients coming in. My pain has improved significantly and I now see her monthly at Body Balance. She identifies spots that I didn’t even know were tight; and I walk out feeling so relaxed! She uses many different techniques that are tailored to each person and I appreciate that she is an intuitive therapist that works on not only the direct areas of pain, but the other parts of the body that are connected as well. Get the 90 minute with reflexology or hot stone, it is amazing!

I have been to a lot of great and really horrible massage places. After my appointment today, I can safely say that this goes into my top 5 favorite places! Jenn was my masseuse and she knew exactly where to work and talked me through my comfort and where I needed work done. This woman is very knowledgeable!! All the staff were kind, professional and very accommodating. I cannot recommend this place and Jenn enough. I plan to be back!!

Jennifer was fantastic! She really took the time to ask what I needed from the session and made sure to focus on my problem areas.
