Body Aware Massage

Aradia performed an outstanding massage techniques couple's course for my partner and me. She was very knowledgable with teaching the proper techniques and is very passionate about her expertise. She created a very welcoming and educational atmosphere which is exactly what I was looking for in a massage techniques course. The course was supposed to be for an hour and it ended up going close to 2 with how understanding and thorough she was for answering questions and demonstrating the techniques. 10/10

What sets Sarah-Jane apart is not only her incredible skill, but also how she genuinely advocates for her clients. I highly recommend Body Aware. Kendall is amazing! She's genuinely invested in helping you feel your best. I’ve seen her multiple times, and every massage has been outstanding. She is great at communicating, checking in, and adjusting her methods to tailor the best experience for you. Kendall is super knowledgeable about the body and musculoskeletal system. She uses techniques that continually impress me and finds muscle knots I didn’t even know I had. 100% worth it.

I highly recommend Tanner for your massage. His deep tissue and thai massage techniques literally got me back to work next day. He was very professional and informative of my low back and neck issues. Cant wait to return!
