Trinity has a strong passion for massage and the healing effects it has on her clients. You will feel this as soon as Trinity starts working. She has an exceptional bedside manner,professional, listens to your needs for the massage, and goes above and beyond to make it one of the best massage experiences you will have. As a licensed massage therapist of 18 years, I can confidently say T has some of the best hands I’ve ever experienced. Her technique was meticulous and intuitive—she used long, slow compression strokes, effective trigger-point work, and hip stretches that released layers of stored tension. Her pressure was a chef’s kiss perfection! I even fell asleep mid-session, which rarely happens for me. Her space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and radiated calm. You can tell she’s truly passionate about her craft. Bodies by T will be my must-stop everytime I come back to Prince Frederick!
