I went to Boca Tanning Salon this morning based on the hours posted online and on the door — opening at 10:00 AM. I tried to go in at 10:05, but the doors were still locked and there was no staff anywhere. I really needed a spray tan for a trip, so I waited, but even after staying until 10:35 AM, no one ever showed up to open the store. This was a complete waste of my morning and extremely unprofessional. If your posted hours say 10 AM, someone should be there at 10 AM. Very disappointing experience.
