Very friendly atmosphere with sincere smiles from all the staff looked very sophisticated and clean in every room/station which is a plus for me! I was just walking by and noticed there was a place for men which is rare so I asked if I could come in and look around and Savannah was like sure come on in. She walked me around all the different stations. Show me care packages along with prices which is cool cuz I don't like any hidden fees of any kind. I loved everything about this place so I made an appointment to come back later on that same day! The only thing I didn't like about this place is that there isn't one close by me where I live! Thanks again you guys for the relaxing amazing experience 🙏🏾

Sunee is the best!! I've been coming here for years now and the membership is great. She's always on time and never rushes. Always takes great time and effort to make sure you look great each time. The spa is divine and a great way to relax, she has the best massage by far and always learning new techniques. I won't say anymore or youll make it even harder to book my appointments with her!

Just moved back to DC and was deeply in need of a haircut and some relaxation. All this place gave me was a faulty website I couldn’t use to book an appointment because their payment system isn’t working properly. When did I need to enter all of my payment information for a simple haircut? It’s half the price I used to pay in Coral Gables, and they never made me give my card information just to book an appointment. I expected better out of this place when I saw the ad.

I have been coming here for years a with mostly positive experiences. Good atmosphere and customer service, however this time I had no time to see my regular hairstylist so I just picked who was available and I did an express haircut. I should've just walked out after I saw who was going to be cutting my hair, since the first time they did it was a disaster. But I went in with a positive attitude and what I received was a barely 15 minute haircut that consisted mostly of being bonked on the head with a bristle brush. The end result turned out to be a haircut that Lloyd Christmas would love but I am extremely upset about. Thanks for the privilege of getting to pay $65 to wear a hat for two weeks. 👎

I had a great experience here. Sarahy did a great job cutting my hair and helping me with how to style it. I enjoyed the whole package of drink, massage, hot towel. It’s not like a full spa day, but this whole experience went way above my expectations.
