I've been coming here for two years and am super happy with the results every time! I get powder dip, and it lasts forever! My nails stay super strong and never break. Love this place.

Second time at BNT (referred by a friend who also goes) and had a great experience! The owners are two hardworking parents and they are so sweet and love to chat with customers to get to know them. I was so surprised to see mixed reviews on here because while I agree it’s a busy shop and you will wait as a walk-in, that they will take you right away if you have an appointment and they won’t rush. The value and time (only 1 hour) for a hard gel refill was great for the price. Personally I’d prefer to support a local family business that gets me in and out of the salon with a quality set than a fancy expensive studio where I have lifting and need a refill 2 weeks in. Please listen to the reviews. I just moved downtown from Edgewater and needed a pedicure ASAP. When I first walked in, I was treated well, but the energy noticeably shifted when I said I wanted regular polish. After realizing I didn’t have much time, I upgraded to a gel pedicure. From there things started going downhill. The nail drill was being used extremely fast and aggressively, to the point where it was uncomfortable. I assumed she was rushing because I said I was in a hurry. My nails were over-filed (which I hate), and then my big toe — which had a gel extension — was cut so short it was almost invisible. I asked another technician to step in and instead of fixing it, they tried to tell me my toe was “broken.” After I showed them it wasn’t, they claimed it only looked uneven from m

Poor service. I explained what I wanted to the nail technician, she completely messed it up and when I tried to explain to her and her colleague what was wrong all I got was a rude attitude. Don’t waste your money here.

I have been coming to BNT since I moved to Miami 2 years ago. This time was my last unfortunately. Today when I was getting my nails done with a friend ( it was her first time here and I recommended this salon ), they completely stopped what they were doing on my friends nails to attend to someone else who had entered way after us and was complaining about the wait. My friend sat with cold water until they decided they were ready to resume what they had started. Not to mention they charged us $15 to cut cuticles on the nail after they messed up what we had asked them to do… just seems very sneaky an dishonest from a business I’ve spent thousands at.
