I had been going to Courtney for a few years and she just texts me one day that she can’t do my hair anymore. No phone call, not even a reply text when I asked if everything was ok and if I had done something to upset or offend her and if she would consider continuing to cut my kids hair. No phone call, no reply text. It was very unprofessional. I would not recommend her. Even if you are going through things and scaling back on work, it is all about common courtesy. Especially to clients who had been going to you for years. I know she continued to cut/color one of my best friend’s hair and a friend’s husband’s hair so I found the whole thing to be disingenuous. My kid didn’t understand it either. If she didn’t want to cut/style my hair, she could have handled it way better. I try not to ba

I can’t speak for anyone else in this salon other than Cindy. She makes countless mistakes from uneven haircuts, incorrect colors, staining my clothes which she blames on my low hair line that never bothered any other stylist. Even with something as simple as touching up the roots she gets wrong. The color doesn’t match the rest of my hair and my grays look orange. She always has an excuse for these errors such as it’s a new product or the salon’s bad lighting. Every time I had something done by her I had to prepare myself to go back 2 or 3 times for her to make attempts to correct her mistakes. To makes matters, worse a job that would normally take 3 hrs max would take her a minimum of 4 hrs. On one occasion, I had to leave in a shower cap with black dye bc she burnt my hair so bad that I

I would give them a no star if I could. My daughter and I both went there to Haley. Took her pictures and went in to detail of what we both wanted. We were there with no one else there and were there for 7 hours left there with our hair looking like it did when we got there. I sent a message to the owner they don’t have a phone at the salon hmm guess so they can’t get complaints by phone but sent a message to the owner of our disappointment and she was no help at all. Did not offer any help at all. Haley even told some lies and twisted things we said to her advantage. I have never been to a salon this bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I walked into this business at 5:22 and was looked up and down. I asked if anyone was available the woman was sitting with her client who was processing. I asked for clipper cut and got told nope. Still have to rinse her. And proceeded to sit and talk. Won't be back.
