Maria has been my stylist for several years now. My go to was highlights and always loved the blonde color. This week I decided to switch it up and go with my natural color. I was very nervous about the change but didn’t want to see a line of blonde to natural darker during the grow out. Maria did a root shadowing, cut, and style yesterday. I absolutely love it! I wanted to skip out of the salon and felt ready to walk a runway. Besides being a great stylist, she is a wonderful person who always makes me laugh. I want to be a member of their family ❤️

I had a 4pm appointment with Maria today and arrived at 3:45pm. She was with another client and told me she would be done in 20 minutes. She went back to her client, didn’t introduce herself or even tell me to have a seat. I had to wait until 4:30pm to be seen. Maria never apologized for having me wait for almost an hour. I found this to be very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. This is not the first time that I’ve had to wait over half an hour past my appointment time for a stylist here. Being new to Orlando, I relied on Google reviews to find a Salon. This Salon is a Gem! Very modern and clean. Denise was friendly and did a fantastic job on giving me Exactly what I asked for with my hair and highlights. If you are local or just passing thru, this Salon will not disappoint! Highly recommend!
