I attempted to call at 9 AM to cancel my appointment, but the salon wasn’t open and there was no way to leave a voicemail. When I called back at 11, I was told I’d still be charged 50% because it was “beyond the 24-hour notice.” Even if I wanted to reschedule, I’d have to pay another 50% upfront. I completely understand policies, but I do wish there was a little more flexibility or understanding for genuine situations like when your toddler suddenly comes down with the flu. Unfortunately, being just one hour short meant no grace, no exceptions. It’s disappointing, especially from a salon I was really looking forward to trying. Just something to keep in mind if you ever need to cancel unexpectedly.

I’ve visited Blush 3 times and the last 2 times I’ve had the pleasure of having Jenna do my hair. The 1st time was a beautiful curly cut, today I went and got a pink money piece. I’m obsessed with how Jenna explains every step to you and takes the time to make sure you get your exact vision. I will definitely be going back to see her!

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair done with Sabrina. She was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. The results exceeded my expectations—I left feeling confident and refreshed. The salon had a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and Sabrina's skill and care truly stood out. Highly recommend her!

My daughter and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Blush Beauty. Jenna is incredibly kind and understanding, always going above and beyond to accommodate my hectic schedule so I can see her or one of the fabulous stylists like Julia. Julia did my daughter's hair extensions for her sweet 15 photo shoot and styled her hair for her pageant. Kelina is super sweet and amazing, while Lilli is a ray of sunshine. She listens attentively and even comes in early when I need to get my daughter ready for a presentation. Overall, it’s the best hair salon I’ve ever visited. These ladies truly make you feel at home, heard, and acknowledged. Thank you, ladies!

I went to Blush Beauty Lounge in Shelton and got it cut with Jenna (she’s the master stylist and owner). Trust me when I say it took months for me to find a salon that could give me the haircut I wanted. I’ve recommended > 5 people and have gotten asked about my haircut multiple times!
