Just had an amazing experience with Briana and their Trish McEvoy consultant! They were both super helpful and patient with all my questions, taking their time to show me the products. I’ll definitely be back and sending my husband for more Christmas gifts! Briana was so kind to put together my gift with a bag and tissue paper. I had a less pleasant experience yesterday evening with a different lady who rushed the transaction. If commission is a thing, I hope Briana gets it instead. It really reminded me of when Jasmine was there!

I never leave reviews but felt it was important to do so. I came into the store around 6:30 PM. It is now 715 and I have finally left without being helped. I just needed to buy two eye pencils by Trish McAvoy. There was another woman in there that was needing a lot of assistance with Makeup and application, which was totally fine and only one person working in the store the most appropriate thing in my opinion that should’ve been done was letting the lady know that was needing hands-on assistance that she would ring up the person that just needed to buy something real quick and be right back with her but instead I waited for 45 minutes and at the register when this woman was checking out she was asking even more questions and wanting more info and I just could not wait any longer so I’m ju

Loved my experience at this store! Michele was super helpful and recommended some great products that worked well with my skin type. She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and has recommended everything from skincare to fragrance. The Vintner’s Daughter face oil is hands down one of the best face oils I’ve tried and smells amazing…. 10/10 🤏🏼🤏🏼

The store was clean and carried the product I was interested in, hence the two star rating. There were three employees and none offered to help. I wasn’t dressed up, so they didn’t give me the time of day, just kept looking at their phones. I located a hand mirror and after looking at every tester and trying several, I was able to find the right color. Luckily I can order the foundation and the three contouring sticks on the Ogre website and will.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Ryan helped me find a cleanser. He listens, is knowledgeable, and made it feel like I was shopping with a friend.
