Bluemercury

Terrible service. I went in to return 2 small items and waited over 15 minutes and ended up leaving because a rep who was doing someone’s makeup , while another rep was inefficiently serving another customer - came over to me younger cousin, tapped her, grabbed the concealer from her hand and was about to tell her to stop trying products. I stood up for my cousin and told the sales advisor these are testers and if she isn’t testing it properly - educate her - don’t come at her that way. My younger cousin felt so bad and there was no reason for that. Both the ladies working today were terrible service reps and as a result I will no longer ever purchase from a Bluemercury. Don’t take your kids either - it was not a comfortable environment - and felt very stuck up.

I've visited multiple Blue Mercury locations over the past year and at this location, hands-down you will receive the best service 👌 I drive past 2 other blue mercury locations just to come here... Products are competitively priced, and you can be sure that everything offered is both, high quality and well reviewed brands. They offer professional makeup services for around $50 as well, and this was the first time I was actually happy with the results. Linda did such a great job, and also picked the perfect products for my skin and personality. It turned out exactly like I was hoping for! 🤩 (see picture). You can also get small samples of any products you'd like to try at home before purchasing.

I came in with my daughter (11). Store employee treated us like trash despite going in with the sole purpose to buy some nice lip glosses for her. She said “this isn’t Sephora, don’t touch anything.” We will NEVER be returning. Very unfortunate because I have spent hundreds of dollars at blue mercury in Arlington and was so excited to have one near my house.

If you want to be treated as a human being in this Bluemercury you better be over 40 years old & wearing some type of designer item. Went here to purchase a hair product and was was immediately ostracized by the manager (who spent the entire duration I was in the store watching me like a hawk and sternly telling me not to touch the testers — which I had no intention of touching in the first place!). Not sure if me wearing sweatpants and very little makeup had anything to do with it, but this other young lady, who happened to be dressed better than I was (kudos to her!) was being assisted every step of the way.

Such an amazing team at Blue Mercury! Kim and Lynda are a fantastic team and always go above and beyond for your needs! - The store is always clean, smells delightful, and the customer service is unmatched. Thank you, Kim and Lynda!
