I would like to thank Jenya, it’s been 1 month since I had nanoplasty for my hair (it is hair restoration and a new alternative to keratin treatment). And I lOVE my hair so much! They look very healthy and glowing! My favorite part is that I don’t even need to do anything with my hair after shower, they still will look awesome! Definitely will be back to Jenya in 5-6 months to do Nanoplastia again!

I had a horrible haircut a few days before in a different place, and went to Zohra & Zohra to get it fixed. Kim fixed it while talking with me throughout the process to make sure I got what I wanted, and (especially important to me) she did NOT cut it any shorter than I wanted. I walked out happy with the haircut which is really rare for me.

I have been coming to Jenya for few years she is the best. My color is always what I wanted , cut and blow out is always on point . Jenya listens to what I am looking to get done and she delivers it. I only trust her. Thank you for making my hair look fantastic!

I went to get my root touch up done with Kim today. She applied color to my hair and waited 30 mins and washed my hair. Then she gave me a comb to comb and dry my hair! I’ve never combed or dried my hair at a salon. When I left and looked in the mirror, realized that all greys were still there. Went back to a salon, she was busy with another customer, put some color on my hair really fast and washed it in 20 mins. I left and all the greys are still in my hair. Worst experience.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your staff members, Young, during a recent visit to your establishment. The incident involved an elderly woman and her caregiver, who were subjected to a deeply disrespectful and upsetting experience while receiving services. Young’s conduct was unacceptable from the outset. She yelled at the caregiver, causing a scene that not only embarrassed the customer but also created a tense and uncomfortable environment for everyone involved. Despite the caregiver’s repeated requests for Young to stop yelling and complete the services calmly, Young continued to behave aggressively. When the customer and caregiver requested a different stylist, Young refused and insisted that the customer had no choice but to remai
