On January 12th I made two returns that were on separate original receipts, one processed to my card and one did not. One would think this would be a simple correction on the part of the store. It is going on three weeks later and I have been passed from the store to customer service to their regional manager back to customer service and back to the store repeatedly and no one has 1. Bothered to check their system for the date in question to see WHY this occurred and remedy it, and 2. Process the refund that is due. This gives me great hesitancy to make future purchases with Bluemercury, at this juncture they have the returned product which was paid for in December and I have nothing. To be fair, I haven't used the product yet. But I paid $51 for a bottle that can fit in the palm of my hand! It is literally so small that I might be able to use it twice. It better be a miracle oil at this price and size. But I doubt it, just another overhyped Instagram influencer product.

I am so happy I came in! I'm reasonably educated with skincare but have been plagued with persistent dry spots around my eyebrows/T-Zone. Melanie was a huge help and absolutely balanced recommendations to solve the problem and also things that may be beneficial down the road - I walked out with my skin feeling so much better and can't wait to try the new products. I was also dressed very down as I was running errands and was greeted warmly and helped immediately. Wonderful selection of products and perfumes, I am so glad I went in.

Brian is the absolute best. He is very knowledgeable with products and always gives excellent recommendations. He is also great at finding the best foundation shade. I won’t go to anyone else!

I called to find out if a popular item was in stock. Brian went above and beyond to find the item at another location, call me back, and complete the order over the phone with me. He was so helpful! Consider me a new loyal customer.
