Gabby was the greatest help! She was so kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Her customer service was outstanding and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I also want to give a huge shoutout to her manager Tatiana she was a sweetheart! She offered great product recommendations and helpful opinions that made my choices even easier. Both Gabby and Tatiana went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their care plus our brief girl talk!!

She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my mom’s style and preferences, then gave me several great recommendations to choose from. I recently visited Bluemercury for the first time while driving up from Southern Virginia and was more than pleased to browse and purchase products from this store! Gabby was extremely helpful & had amazing charisma when i asked about some of the products benefits, differences, and overall quality. I Definitely will be coming back as soon as i need to repurchase more products and will be on the lookout for gabbys assistance !

I had the best experience at this BlueMercury!! I needed a last minute birthday present and Gabi was so incredibly helpful. I came by last week and Tatiana helped me find my new signature perfume from Parfums de Marly. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I truly feel like I am with friends every time I shop here!! They are the best!

The younger girl was super friendly and helpful, but the older woman was clearly a Dr. Diamond rep and was really pushy about the products. I didn’t end up buying anything because I felt pressured to spend $300 on a moisturizer I wasn’t even sure about.
