Bluemercury by far is one of the better places where you can go by your skincare, perfumes, and makeup. The Long Beach staff by far is the best staff that I’ve had a pleasure to work with. They are very attentive and most importantly knowledgeable with their products. The shopping experience is much better than Ulta or Sephora. You don’t have to worry about bumping elbows with anyone because you want to test something out or the atrocious lines that are out the door. They do as well carry brands that you love NARS, REM Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass and so much more even brands you didn’t know existed. There is something in there for everyone, women and men!!!

Leticia is THE BEST!! She’s so friendly, honest, knowledgeable, kind, down to earth, and simply real. I trust her judgement. She’s not pushy and listens to your concerns/wants/needs and addresses them perfectly. She is a prime example of outstanding, luxury customer service. Thank you Leticia and Bluemercury 🙏🏻💞. Update: I also had the pleasure/honor of being assisted by the store manager, Crystal, and she’s terrific!! She’s a real luxury expert and is extremely caring and helpful. She really is focused on making sure her customers are happy and she does such a beautiful job of wrapping your purchase/including beauty samples that are aligned with your purchase. Thank you Crystal for being sooo sweet and accommodating . Your hard efforts neither go unnoticed nor unappreciated 😊.
