the ladies are very helpful and give you free samples! i was looking into perfume by the harmonist and also some skin care and a rep was there to assist me in any way i needed. the variety was wonderful. i wish i knew about it sooner to do shopping for the holidays.

Great customer service went in on 01/11/2020 and the last two ladies on duty were gracious and helpful. Knowledgeable about the different products and offered samples to try before deciding on the purchase . Was surprised they carried alot of my favorite brands like skinceticals,la mer . Lovely ,neat and well organized store

Terrible service, today was my second time to this location, I live in Austin. I usually purchase in Austin. I love Bluemercury and I am a loyal customer since 2009. This location at Rice university gave me terrible service for the second time. The sales lady was not very nice to me and was very arrogantly. Finally I gave up and left the store. I went to another location at Voss street in Houston. They gave me the picture I uploaded, 2 things combined with 20%off. This store the lady made me feel very stupid. The other store makes things easy. I feel discriminated against.

Very cold and unhelpful staff. Good hair products layout though. Strong variety with upscale brands representation. Price isn’t competitive compared to the brands’ online offerings
