I had such a great facial with Kemesha! She was super friendly and really professional. My skin felt so clean and glowy after, and she gave me some great tips too. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who really cares about your skin.

SOLD EXPIRED PRODUCT...REFUSED TO REFUND!! I purchased Vitablast from the Bluemercury store in Legacy Place, Dedham, MA on June 15, 2025. Upon using it for some time, I noticed the cream had expired Feb 2025! The Dedham Legacy store manager and the main Bluemercury Customer Service were contacted, who asked for the vials to be returned for unclear reasons. They said they would simply throw them away in the trash, so needed the vials back???? Then, they decided that a refund or replacement of the product would not be provided because the jars were beyond "gently used." Not sure what defines "gently used." I found it completely unprofessional to sell an expired product and then stand behind a hazy rule of "gently used" in order to not provide a replacement. In the end, I would be very ca
