I am completely satisfied with the services I received today at Blue Pearl Nails & Spa. I was served by Ms Kim (Fill & Design) and Ben C (Pedicure). The leg massage and hot towel treatment was absolutely wonderful! Sooo relaxing!!! And the employees are very polite, knowledgeable and professional. S. Williams

Bliss Pearl is a small, locally owned newish business in Enfield, super conveniently located, but set back aways from heavy traffic. It’s got a peace and quiet vibe I really enjoyed, with low volume (pretty great/chill) background music. It’s spotless, and all the equipment is bright and new - including the massage chairs for pedis (SO great, with the massage options I could’ve sat there all day). My pedicure was wonderful, including my choice of aromatherapy foot soak ( I chose tangerine, loved it), and a really nice foot/low leg massage within the pedicure. (Next time I will ask if they can do 10 min add on) Results were perfect color and quality, including the fast dry- I’m just over a week later and it still shines! I just got a manicure with no paint or anything and I was really disappointed with the way it turned out. I feel horrible writing this because I’ve had good experiences before, but my cuticles look really bad and my nail tech didn’t understand English very well so I didn’t bother her too much about it. There’s skin left all over my nails and cuticles and I really don’t like it but I have to leave for a trip.

Blue Pearl is our go-to nail salon. At the beginning, it was like every nail salon, but we came back because they were very accommodating to kids pedicures and my kids loved the experience. Since our first visit, we come back monthly if not every 2-4 weeks. I get my acrylics done and am very happy with Trinh being my tech, she always listens to my requests and has fun with adventuring on fun nail designs. Patty is passionate about nail art, Ben is the face of the company (In My Opinion) and is very detailed and does a fantastic job as well. Bing is my dad's favorite tech, she is soft and kind. I wish I could list everyone I've had the pleasure of being serviced by, but I rarely have an experience where I am not happy.

I usually have a great experience here, but I was disappointed with my nail tech, Andy, when I had requested French tips and was told it couldn’t be done. I ended up with a color I didn’t want, scratched and patchy paint, and painful cut up cuticles. However, I returned the next day and Trinh made it right. She was amazing, gentle, precise, and fixed my nails beautifully! I love them now, they’re exactly what I wanted! Attached is a before and after:
