Blue Ocean Nails

I've been here 4 times too male sir I wasn't tripping. The first time was great. The second time, they decimated my eyebrows with wax (uneven, lopsided, and not clean and crisp). 2nd time, they also butchered my French tip nails (uneven straight lines and not the same width at the tips where the white was). The third time, my design was rushed and ugly. Today, my nail shape is horrible, and the white paint was old and lumpy. Plus, the design that she specialized in is trash! I asked her to soak my nails off, and she decided she didn't want to, the she proceeded to rip my nail til it bled. Then she put glue on it after i told her not to. Then she put a nail over it after i told her not to. I will sue if an infection develops. I got to go to real nail techs tomorrow to fix it. NEVER GOING BA

Had an appointment booked got there and the shop was quiet it was nice considering I have social anxiety. The tech really took the time to under stand what kind of intricate theme I wanted my nails to be. I got hand drawn designs on all 10 fingers that are beautifully crafted with each stroke. This place is amazing if you want quality service and care!

the place was recommended to me by a coworker. i made an appointment two days prior for 11am. the lady on the phone was rude. i asked when they opened and she said at 10. upon arrival, the business was closed. we waited but nobody showed up. very unprofessional, would not recommend anyone. i live 30 minutes away and this was a total waste of gas and time. if you’re looking for a reputable place with great service, i recommend k nails and spa or blossom nails.
