I've been going to this salon for my hair and massages since approximately 4 years, I think its been now. I always see Becky Pierce for my hair, and she does a fantastic job no matter what we're up to that visit. She's bayalaged my naturally brunette hair with gorgeous blonde/honey/caramel highlights that always look amazing, and just recently I asked her to take my hair color back to my naturally dark chocolate brown color. She did an excellent job and I'm totally loving the results!! She also cuts my long-ish hair every 4 months or so. I just let her do whatever she wants and I always love it. She is a great listener and always does a consultation in the chair, pre-shampoo before doing anything, to make sure we are on the same page. All of the stylists who work there are friendly and ple

ALL the stylist I’ve used took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was relaxing, professional, and full of good energy. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely in love with my hair. If you’re looking for a salon that values quality, skill, and genuine care—this is the place. Highly recommend!

I had my eyebrows waxed, and the girl took off half my eyebrow. It is awful. I spoke to the manager, Jennifer, on the phone today, and she was insulting. Yelling at customers and hanging up is very rude. I would like you to examine my eyebrows; the tails are missing on both the right and left sides. You are very immature and unprofessional. Did you hear yourself yelling at me on the phone? I have never encountered such rudeness in my life. Not once did you apologize for my poor experience. Do you realize that my eyebrows will never be the same now that I probably have to get microblading done, and that is very expensive? Please do not go to this salon; they are not well-trained, they will wax off half your eyebrow on purpose, and the manager will gaslight you and yell and scream at you! Yo

Such friendly service and atmosphere. I started having my hair cut by Genna and am always pleased with my cut. I booked Genna for my wedding. She did fantastic with both my hair and makeup. Her and Jen arrived at my venue on time and were awesome, they had all of us finished on time and everyone was pleased with how their hair looked. I made an appointment for my young daughter soon after, at her request. Genna did such a great job, cut her hair exactly how my 4yr old asked, she wanted about 12inch taken off. She walked out the door over the moon with her new style. The pictures are from my trial as well as the day of.

I booked Gemma Dean as my makeup artist for my wedding and WOW did she deliver!! My bridesmaids and I all felt so beautiful with our natural looking makeup Gemma applied. She was so lovely to get to know which made our time with her even more special. Thank you Genna and Blue Iris Spa!
