Blown: Full Service Salon & Blowout Bar

I got my hair blown out for a wedding - I was very pleased with my blow out . The price was perfect and my hair look great all night ! I had the owner do my hair- she was a very nice girl and did a great job - I will be using this salon in the future !

the coloring on my hair is okay, but whoever cut my bangs did not do good. i already have bangs and just asked for a trim, and to even out my layers and it came out looking like a bowl cut. my layers were completely cut off after trying to grow them longer for about 5 months. the girl didn’t seem like she was paying full attention. the people are nice but i’m just super disappointed in the haircut.

I came here monday to get my blow out and I’ve been a customer at this salon for several years, but I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences. They rarely take clients at their scheduled appointment times, and I’ve often seen walk-ins taken ahead of me. I’ve also been asked to switch stylists multiple times in a single visit, which is frustrating after being a loyal customer for so long. I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back

I really enjoy coming here myself , my daughter and my daughter even brings my granddaughter here to get her hair done we enjoy getting our done by Jess , Melissa and Brianna we love how my granddaughters hair turned out

(Update - 9/28): the salon reached out to me and refunded me a portion of the total cost. I rarely write a review like this and I waited to see if the salon would return my texts before doing so but they did not so I’m writing a review as a last resort. I got a Brazilian hair straightening treatment back in April that burned my scalp and the temples of my head so badly that my scalp and sides of my head peeled for over a week. Not only was it so painful but I had chunks of dried skin on my scalp peeling which looked so awful and was embarrassing. I called to voice my concerns and they said to text them the photos, which I did immediately after hanging up and then they never replied (even after multiple follow up texts).
