The worst hair salon in Massapequa. I went in there for a wash, cut and style. Barely anyone in there as far as customers and workers, yet I waited for 20 mins to my wash to start. They burned my scalp when blow drying, it was hurting so much. I told them a few time's during styling so they switched to flat iron…which they also burned my scalp and ears by getting up against them with a burning iron AND now my style was flat hair instead of volume. AND the cut was uneven when it dried. Had to show them but nobody spoke English in there at the time. Very nasty attitude during my visit, constant chattering in Chinese over my head probably about me. Got chased outside because I didn’t tip. There were 2 little Chinese boys screaming and running onto Broadway with cars zipping past. Holy smokes

Do not get your hair cut here! I've given then three chances (after the first one that I liked) and that's it for me. My hair was uneven and not anywhere near what I was asking. When I pointed out these two issues, they became rude and kept telling me it was fine. Never never again!

I visited this salon for a simple root touch-up and haircut. Initially, the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, when I politely expressed that I wasn’t satisfied with the results, the tone changed completely. My hair ended up two noticeably different colors, and one side was visibly longer than the other. Instead of addressing my concerns, one of the stylists tried to convince me it “looked good,” dismissing my feedback entirely. To make matters worse, after I voiced my dissatisfaction, a stylist still asked me for a tip. When I declined, explaining that I didn’t feel the service warranted it, she approached me again, saying “Oh, that’s not right,” and continued to press the issue. Ok. I give them 2 star now. My boy did hair cut and it turn out not expected. Hair looks quite unfinished look. But, we'll try couple of times more because the lady who hair washer did great job. 👍 And there's 2 other person to try. Why ? Because the rate is pretty good deal.😉👍

Ask for Tony!! This was my first time here and I am very happy with the service. The salon was clean , efficient and professional. I made an appointment but they were able to take me early. The prices are the best in the neighborhood.
